RATES
1. Transfer, Excursion& Package (excluded
Accommodation) rates are nett in both Rupiah and US DOLLARS.
Child between 3-10 years old will be charged 50%from adult rate.
Child under 3 will be NO CHARGE (Free).
2. Package Tour( including Accommodation) rates
are NETT in both rupiah and US DOLLARS. Child without extra
bedwill be charged 75% from rate; child sharing with parents
withoutwithout extra bed wil charged 60%from adult rate: child
under3 years sharing with parents without extra bed will be
NO CHARGE
3. Hotel rates Both Rupiah and US DOLLARS are
NETT for Group Booking, the rates are negotiable. Children policy
will aplied as hotel policy.
SIGHT-SEEING
AND PACKAGE TOURS
All seigh-seeing and package tour include entrance fees, performances,
meal as shown in the programs and transport service by privat
car, jeep, motor coach, truck, boat, or canoe.
PAYMENTS
Credits Tterm of O7 days from the date of clients services end
and an interest of 2% shall be imposed per month an all overdue
accounts. Credit facilities will be applied afther signinga
contract agreement between both parties (JAVASOLTOUR and partner
agent)
REFUNDS
Our office will always do our utmost to recover any amounts
of money, for clients in respect of services or part of services
are not used. However, client should be informed that no definite
guarantee could be givenin this respct until all setails have
been clarified. No cash refounds will be made directy to clients,
If any, it will always be processed through your officeas the
original bookong office.
CACELLATION
We may be subject to claims from hotels, transporttations, sight-seeing
operator. etc, in case of late cacellatio nor NO SHOWS Such
expenses will be debited to you together with eventual telex,
telephone, facsimile, and/or other operational fees.
